Hello! Previously I was able to login to the pixels website and see my Kickstarter order and progress. With the new update, it forces me to login with Shopify and now shows that I have no orders. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to login not using Shopify??
Hello! Its under investigation. Some accounts with different emails in a payment or address are affected. The database migration did not link the main account email to the order. The orders are placed but it is not linked to the main account so it is not visible. You can DM your email and ordernumber / backer number to take a look at it manually.

DM in Discourse is only available from Trust level 1 onwards, I think all users except the staff are still Trust level 0 as there are not enough posts available to read to reach Trust level 1.
Default requirements are:
- Entering at least 5 topics
- Reading at least 30 posts
- Spend a total of 10 minutes reading posts

Suffering the exact same issue, and whatever changes you may have made are not having the desired effect. Where I could previously see my poor order sitting in hopeful wait of fulfillment I am now, still, being told there is no order.
Frankly it is making me nervous…
Yeah it still shows no orders and I have received no response on my ticket. I am also getting quite upset now. I have been trying to be so patient and understanding, but your customer service is severely lacking. I understand you’re a small team, but I’ve opened two tickets over the last two months and have not heard a single thing. It’s really really frustrating. I would very much appreciate a response to my open ticket #4872. Thanks.

Thank you! I can see my order now. Now the bigger issue is that it says my single dice has been delivered with my dice tray. I received the tray but did not receive the dice and I never got an email saying it shipped. Can you please send a replacement?

Its plausible that they made a mistake. We wanted to leave floship for some reasons including this one
I have contacted support about this. Three times now, over the last four months. The latest one being yesterday with the proof that this shipment was lost or missed. I have not heard back yet, so that’s extremely frustrating. I flagged this as a problem in December and have not gotten any resolution. This really really makes me not want to recommend pixels to anyone because even though the dice are cool the customer service is nearly non-existent. (Minus you, you have been a great help!)
