You know what would be a great feature? For the support tickets to actually get resolved and for customer service to be actually existent!
Now I know that sounds bitchy, but I have been politely and patiently asking for help on this issue for HALF A YEAR and have gotten no response. So I guess being nice isn’t working and it’s time to stop being patient.
I submitted my third ticket on 4/2 and STILL have not heard back on it. This is the same issue that I submitted tickets for in December, and February, both of which also were never answered. (I submitted new tickets when I had new information and under the proper categories). Part of my order says it was delivered but it never showed up. I would really like a replacement but at this point I have absolutely zero faith left in this company. I’m worried that when the full sets start shipping, that that will never arrive either and I’ll be out that money too.
Please answer my support ticket. This is absolutely ridiculous.
